You can get 60 FPS on this game with HD 530 or higher. I'm pretty sure HD 4000 might work too but you might need to lower the resolution more and disable AA.

The first part (undead burg) was recorded much earlier when I first began to play this and it's on 1280x720. you still get about 40 avg FPS but the fps lock in the game makes it run like slow motion if you don't FPS near 60. And after I changed that (clips from Blighttown and after), don't have that problem.
