In this one we kill the general on the very first region of a new profile. Nothing is unlocked or upgraded, so this kind of strategy will work a lot better with some candles and skills unlocked on the heros.

Without anything to throw at the vines, and no reliable skill to hit the backline, is very usefull let the general entangle your slowest character.

Doing this allows you to hit the vines 3x per 2 turns, instead of 4x. So basically it lets you gain some extra actions to actually deal damage on General, or stress heal your party + it delays the walking dead move (big damage cleave) by 1 turn per entaglement.
