420We are going to discuss Darwin: The core of modern Mac OS.
Mac OS core is based on multiple components, such as:
- BSD
- Mach
- NeXTSTEP
OpenDarwin and PureDarwin were the attempts to make Darwin a fully functional standalone Operating System. It was a collaboration with the Open Source community.
