For this potential glitch, you may need to trade a 0x19C "Dash Egg" from Pokémon Emerald to Ruby/Sapphire. This can be obtained in Emerald using the Pomeg data corruption glitch with 1 Attack EV and 156 HP EVs on a Pokémon that converts EVs into species ID, like the in-game trade Seedot and Horsea.

Steps:
1. Obtain the Dash Egg, at least one fainted Pokémon, an active Pokémon.
2. Enter battle, the active Pokémon should come out
3. Run
4. Deposit the active Pokémon
5. Enter battle. You will send out a glitch Pokémon.

The rest in this video is experimental, and makes use of the earlier discovered switch glitch by VaePomegGlitch et. al.
