Dauntless Closed Beta | First Impressions
9Hey a different video for a change!
So this is DAUNTLESS. It is an upcoming free-to-play action role-playing video game in development by Phoenix Labs and it can be compared to games such as Monster Hunter and Gods Eater Burst. I had the privilege to be able to play it while it is still in Early Access Closed Beta.
Final Verdict :
The game is alot of fun, minor glitches and stuff. It is overall playable at its Closed Beta state but the major thing that needs to be worked on is the optimization. I am playing on a mid-range PC that can handle most games from Skyrim to GTA V to Overwatch. They need to optimize it more especially in the game's cities. It is VERY laggy in the cities.
TL;DR , great MMO game, quests are abundant, and overall playable at it's state with a minor setback with optimization.
Also a quick note: The cities aren't as laggy as the video looks, my recording software just struggled to record it LOL.
