Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2 - Cut First Person Camera Mostly Restored
Surprisingly, First Person camera was almost completely stripped out of both the executable and game archives. The camera system simply isn't set up to use it, meaning I couldn't get it working nearly as good as it does in XXX. This means that it - along with the Suspension camera that was fully removed here - were likely going to be properly added to XXX along with all the other previously-scrapped features that made it in, but it wasn't done in time for release. This explains why it's more functional there despite this effort being a lot less hacky.
Here's the Action Replay code:

Go into the Options menu and press L to activate it. If you want to switch back to other camera modes, go back into the Options menu and press R. Since proper programming doesn't exist, it is very broken.
- There's no menu text to indicate you're in First Person.
- The game will constantly try to switch to a third-person view while jumping, in the air, or landing, making the camera shake around a lot.
- You might occasionally see your rider for a few frames when bailing or running into things.
- There's not enough camera stabilization, so it's really disorienting and hard to control.
