Cooking Instructions:
Defrost Snake meat overnight. We found the best cooking method was to cut the snake meat into many pieces. You could do small bits like we did or cut several evenly medium cuts. Take the pieces, roll them in butter, (or egg) then cover the snake pieces in flour and bread crumbs.
Heat a small amount of olive oil or butter in medium or large skillet. Proceed to throw in Python pieces. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes while stirring or flipping pieces every couple of minutes. Meat will be done when the Python has browned and the meat has turned white. Serve and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place frozen Escargot in oven for 15-16 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
