Hello, I'm doing a 4-month study with me Video, just recording myself.
I'm doing a progressive 12-hour study session challenge where I push myself to the limit every day.
I did not finish my 12 sessions today but finished all my priority tasks. If you're wondering what I did when time skips? I run in my neighborhood just to keep my sanity hahaha it's too stressful just sitting in the chair for hours and reading, writing, and memorizing things.

Tell us about a project/activity you feel passionate about?
I don’t believe in motivation. It’s volatile. It is my firm belief that if you want to change , you have to be truly driven to do it. You have to want it so bad, that even when you don’t feel like working at it, you’ll do it anyway. I believe in building habits—-positive habits that, when persistently worked at, build towards your goals until you eventually reach them.
