Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill for our third annual advent calendar ... this year I will be combining both Beer O’Clock with Slosh and Buuz and Slosh’s Sauces … which I am sure seemed like a good idea at the time … 25 beers and 25 hot sauces in 25 days … this is my favourite challenge of the year … I am totally trying to hide the information for which beer and sauce I got today by writing a really long introduction … I think it might be long enough now so …

The Beer of the day – XPA (Extra Pale Ale) (4.7%) 330 mls –– from the Wolf of the Willows Brewery – this was perfect … this was one of the best ones I have had from this advent calendar … bitter and hoppy and fresh as hell … really dug this one …

8/10 on taste …

The Sauce of the Day – Spicy Sanchez – from the Melbourne Hot Sauce Company – this was hot … it got me … like it got me good … the burn lingered on and on and the taste was fucking fantastic … seriously if you can get your hands on this collaboration sauce get it!

7/10 Taste … 8/10 Heat
