🔸First Playthrough 🔸Normal Difficulty

Hey Everyone, AlteredCalyx here. We're doing a first playthrough of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.

So, we have a slight problem... Dragon's Dogma 2 launches tmrw and now we don't know if we'll be Archer or Mage 😱. I've been having a lot of fun playing this game, more than expected honestly. It's also a lot of fun to burn enemies to a crisp 🔥😈. I like the auto targeting/aim on the Mage. It's going to be a tough call tmrw!

This session, we traveled to some ruins, main pawn DIED, and it was just me and 2 rent-a-pawns to finish the quest. We did it! They said it couldn't be done (no one said this) and we high tailed it outta there. Luckily, main pawn wasn't dead dead, we just had to make a stop at a rift stone. Whew!

I'm liking the party comp of tank (main pawn), archer, mage (healing + lightning to stun), and me (mostly fire mage).


Playthrough Details:
I keep hearing about Dragon's Dogma 2 and thought why not try this first? (The deep discount on Steam may have swayed my decision 😅). I don't know anything about the game other than it's been highly recommended. The only other game I've played from Capcom is Monster Hunter: World (which I love btw). We most likely won't be able to finish before Dragon's Dogma 2 comes out, but let's see how far we get!
