Days Gone Possible Fix! Read Description

Nvidia Driver v466.47 seems to have an issue with disabling higher refresh rates on some devices.
I noticed this on my desktop computer connected to my tv. What was once 120hz was now locked at 60hz. On my laptop Days Gone was locking at 30fps randomly and switching between 60hz and 120hz
fixed this as seen in previous video.
I contacted Nvidia and now apparently a refresh rate hotfix is on the way. You're welcome.
So I decided to downgrade and install v466.27 which was being problematic as it said it wasn't compatible for some reason. I went one back further to 466.11 and wa la it's now back to 120hz. So then I thought I'd check if this is also actually causing the FPS drops in Days Gone on my Laptop.
It's been patched to 1.01.
Judging by this video and the previous video I think there is some improvement. Cutscenes however still show drops. But I'll leave you to decide and judge for yourselves and maybe try for yourselves too.
