Kinda long episode to make for such a simple thing, but I had to test out a couple of big brain strategies.
For New Game + just shoot his bike with BFG.
For New Game, you need a lot of luck with getting pipe bomb or grenanade drops and last but not least some luck with the actual timing.
PS! For survival 2 You can pickup Gas Canister from the white warehouse next to Roach Chase.
