This is a series on my channel that I am doing with my friend Matt. I've wanted to start a proper DayZ series for a while and I finally have the chance to do so. Remember to comment the videos in this series to let me know what you thought about them.
Sorry about the footage having worst frame rate than usual. As you know, a really good computer is needed to run DayZ at a good frame rate. I am trying to get a new PC soon that will fix the DayZ frame rate issues.

Mod Info:

DayZ is a free to play mod launched for ArmA II and is set in Chernarus which is a 225 square kilometre open world that's been hit by an unknown infection that's seen most of the world's population wiped out. You, the player, are one of the few survivors and will need to start new in this zombie-filled world.
Anything can happen in DayZ because nobody has a definite allegiance. You could be walking down a road and get accosted by bandits (other human players) and they will tell you to drop everything otherwise you die. And when you die, you die.
The game attempts to portray a realistic scenario, with the environment having many different effects on the player. A player may receive bone fractures from repeated damage to the legs, go into shock from unexpected ambushes, receive infections from both the zombies or diseased players, or even spontaneously faint due to a low blood pressure. Thirst and hunger must be regularly dealt with by finding sustenance in either cities or in the wilderness, with body temperature playing another key part in the character's survival. The game focuses on survival and the human element of a zombie apocalypse by forcing the player to acknowledge basic human needs like thirst, hunger and shelter; elements that force the player to focus on immediate goals before they can consider longer term strategies.
