Kinda hard to explain hopefully you could hear my button pressing to hear.. but basically normally characters can not cancel multiple hit fireballs inbetween if another normal is coming out. As you can see with vegeta and teen gohan despite doing the homing dash before the last hit.. the homing dash auto is stored to come out at the final hit. Android 21 however can cancel inbetween her fireballs, which allows her to potentially get some weird conversions like half screen homing dash stuff and some more finagling of spinnarooni link. Awkward but there.. in a way if she is really the last character and final update for this game that I went from finding all the original foundational to crazy tech combos and bugs in the game to potentially also finding the final "bug" or oversight in the game as well. Seems like just yesterday all the stuff I said in the game was going to be fake and people said I cheated to do everything and look at where we are in the game 4 years later.
