Using VR capture ,a plug in for obs it's possible to streaming and recording like this.
Before using this plug my streming was alwasy with a visual limitation due to crop problems .
I found a youtube channel (THANKS TO @Devil-mn3dc ).. here below the link to make this vr streaming possible .

Hope to gives advice to pepole like me did' not find a solution to streaming in VR ..(till now ).

Installation instructions :
Download, unzip file and replace it in the main installation folder. Before install plug in close obs. Once is done open obs and add scene, you will find vr capture. Add it and then adjust the square box around your scene and the job is done. You can also use a preset in the setting option for valve index etc. Very simple.
