Since engaging defensive against SAM's is no fun, the best option is to eliminate the launcher before they get a shot at you. Here's one way to do it!

The trick is to hit them at max range of your Maverick missiles, never letting them get a shot at you. Since fair fights reduce our chances of survival, it's best to prevent the fight at all by eliminating your threats before you arrive in their engagement zone.

Once the air defenses are eliminated, you're free to overfly the targets, use CCRP or CCIP bombing, or get down and dirty with the Avenger cannon...but don't do either of these things with SAM launchers or AAA guns tracking you.
