Well here we go!
4 heroes kingdoms run for real this time!
Hopefully we can max out as many inn materials as possible and upgrade everyone to veteran inns as soon as possible. So far it seems sketchy to gather the necessary inn materials, but at least to level 2 hopefully.
The team's starting movesets are alright, hopefully un-upgraded they can survive for some time.
The start of these runs are always super sketchy, but we can pull through!!
Game plan:
Gather 50 inn materials minimum for each inn to upgrade to veteran defense
Complete the questline asap to be ready for the lateral questlines requiring escalation 3. As there is reduced time to finish everything
Survive as fatigue kills us, whether that's with inn items, battle items or resting to cure fatigue, a hospital is also ideal.

Whelp, it was a fantastic starting run with some interesting trinkets, good field hospital placements and fatigue healing. The spawning of sieges lined up mostly with upgraded inns and lots of battles allowing for inn material generation which was so helpful.
However, just guarding wrongly since occultist is difficult to heal given his extra healing trinkets reducing his ability to be healed, caused me to defend occultist instead of PD, but the catacombs is extremely dangerous as usual.
If I see the keeper, I should have just ran from the fight. For next time I guess. That enemy is just seriously dangerous.
