剛解出這譜時暖身還沒暖開先扶bar試的心得是
"怎麼連扶bar都這麼累.."

這次等暖身暖好後再來面對，有暖身果然有差
nobar感覺都還比之前沒暖身扶bar試時還輕鬆

不過接近當日訓練尾聲，體力不足了
只能先推個AAA

另外第一試感覺動作好像比較輕鬆寫意(有嗎
