It doesn't seem as brutal as some people have been making it out to be, but it's still rather unforgiving.
In a fair way, mind you.
The worst part is entering the range of "you're going to die". Death can sneak up on you & mow you down in a few hits if you're not careful.
At the same time, total paranoia will keep you alive, but decreases the enjoyability of the game.
....guess I'm going to just have to improve my skills.
