Basically:
- Upgrade Dr. Jane's shop to level 3
- Rescue Nina
- Buy bleach from Dr. Jane for $300
- Cash in bleach to Nina for $2000 and 50K XP a time
- Can be repeated an unlimited amount of times, for literally, infinite money and infinite XP. This is the fastest and easiest money farming and XP farming method I have found yet!
Hope this helps some people struggling to get those awkward last few levels :)
