A quick playthrough of the demo of Dead of Darkness, a Resident Evil-inspired survival horror game where you're searching for the mysterious wealthy owner of the mansion you begin in for news about your daughter's tragic death. Of course, the mansion is also filled with zombies and probably other horrors.

So far it looks alright (reminds me a bit of Lamentum) but definitely see parts where more polish is expected. With only a single enemy that you can run around pretty easily there's not much difficulty at this point (fortunately this doesn't use Lamentum's stamina system where you get winded very quickly). The map shows which rooms you're finished with or still have stuff to do with (like with other games of this type). The knife is also very easy to kill zombies with given how slow they move.
