Anima Flux Demo Boss (No Damage)
12The demo boss for the upcoming co-op Metroidvania Anima Flux beaten without taking damage as the character I control (I can't say much for the AI controlled fellow, they're kind of an idiot). You play as two super soldiers in a space city overrun by mutants that you need to kill to save humanity or something.
You can freely switch between characters and each specializes in melee or ranged. You can charge power to use stronger attacks or enter a rage mode for a significant damage boost for a short time. It also seems like a Metroidvania where movement abilities are unlocked from the get-go (although that's not necessarily a given with demos). Enemies respawn every time you re-enter an area which is kind of annoying as there's usually a lot of them.
I tried this after the Steam Next Fest. While it's not at the top of my list of games to watch at the moment hopefully it will be an awesome game with the full release.
