This is Part 11 of the series. In this part, Isaac begins to search for the liquid nitrogen in the Cryogenics lab. Once there, he retrieves the liquid nitrogen and then realizes he in the the presence of Dr. Mercer, and his Hunter. After Isaac overcomes the situation, he finds a tissue sample from the Hunter to use later for finding more data and information about the tissue.
Isaac is then directed to go to Hydroponics through the Tram Station. Once there, he encounters a hologram of Dr. Elizabeth Cross, and learns that the air in the area is fatally toxic. Isaac then uses the liquid nitrogen to create an enzyme that he will need to use on "Wheezers" (ex-members of Dr. Cross' team) that are infected and causing the toxicity in the air.
