This is a complete 4K/60ᶠᵖˢ walkthrough of Chapter 9: Escaping the Ishimura released for the Wii and Playstation 3. I played the Wii version on my PC with the Dolphin Emulator. 🎮

🔹🔷 SYNOPSIS 🔷🔹
Chapter 9: Escaping the Ishimura

After surviving countless horrors aboard the USG Ishimura, Nathan McNeill and Lexine Murdoch arrive at the Maintenance Deck, only to find Warren Eckhardt dead and Gabe Weller gravely injured. With time running out and the ship's Automated Defense System (ADS) cannons blocking their escape, Nathan realizes that he must reach the Captain's Nest on the Bridge to disable the ADS and secure their way to freedom.

Nathan's journey to the Bridge is fraught with dangers, both physical and psychological. As he navigates the dark and ominous hallways, he is under constant assault by Necromorphs, including Pregnants, Lurkers, and Leapers. Armed with the Force Gun and Flamethrower, Nathan fights his way through, scavenging ammo and weapons from open closets and securing upgrades along the way.

The path to the Bridge takes Nathan and Lexine through the shuttle bay, where they briefly reunite with Gabe. Despite Gabe's dire condition, Nathan presses on, making his way to the cargo lift that leads to the Flight Deck. Upon exiting the lift, Nathan is met with more Necromorphs, forcing him to fend off waves of Pregnants, Leapers, and Exploders. Utilizing high-collateral damage weapons, Nathan creates explosions to clear the area before continuing his journey.

Nathan's trek through the Ishimura takes him through a series of tunnels and growth-infested corridors, where he faces more Necromorphs and hallucinations induced by the Marker's influence. He crawls through pipes, cuts through growths, and narrowly avoids deadly traps as he pushes towards the Freight Train station.

At the station, Nathan must navigate trip lasers by using Kinesis to hurl boxes and set off the traps without harming himself. He boards the freight train and activates the console to get it moving, all while fending off Necromorph attacks and dodging hazards. After a tense ride, the train stops at a platform, where Nathan seizes more upgrades and prepares for the next phase of his escape.

Nathan enters the Main Atrium, where he faces a relentless onslaught of Necromorphs, including Super Slashers, Lurkers, and Infectors. The Atrium becomes a battlefield, with Nathan using a variety of weapons to survive the prolonged fight. After defeating the Necromorphs, Nathan descends into the Captain's Nest, completing a hacking mini-game to disable the ADS cannons. His journey is far from over, as he encounters more Necromorphs and narrowly escapes deadly situations.

In the Starboard Trench, Nathan enters outer space, moving from jump point to jump point while fending off Lurkers. He eventually faces a massive crab-like Necromorph boss, engaging in a brutal multi-phase battle. Nathan must target weak points on the creature's claws and mouth while avoiding its powerful attacks. After a grueling fight, Nathan defeats the boss, only to be pinned by flying shrapnel. In a desperate bid for survival, he is forced to cut off his own arm, ending the chapter as he clings to life and escapes the Ishimura.
