Dear Esther: Landmark Edition | Chapter 2: The Buoy | No Commentary | 4K/60FPS
Dear Esther: Landmark Edition is a remastered version of the 2012 game Dear Esther. The Game is a FPP adventure walking simulator developed by The Chinese Room, Robert Briscoe and published by Secret Mode. We play as a lost man who walks through a beautiful, stunning and deserted island somewhere in the Outer Hebrides. During the gameplay, we hear a voice reading parts of a letter: "Dear Esther..." from which we try to find out what is the meaning of the antenna we are trying to get to, what happened on the highway, is the island real and who is Esther and why did she call us here? All the answers may be found on this mysterious island, or maybe they are not there at all...
The rest of the description comes from steam.
Abandoning traditional gameplay for a pure story-driven experience, Dear Esther fuses its beautiful environments with a breathtaking soundtrack to tell a powerful story of love, loss, guilt and redemption.
