In a hotel room, there is a man lying on the bed.

He wakes up to the piercing sound of the phone ringing.

Picking up the phone, he hears a message from the hotel concierge,

“If you have any trouble, please visit the front desk.”

He doesn’t even know why he is in the hotel.

In fact, he doesn’t remember anything at all.

As he begins to look around, he suddenly finds a woman tied up and unconscious.

The evening news on the TV shows the man himself, allegedly wanted as a serial killer.

Then comes the sound of knocking on the door.

Each time the protagonist experiences a new "death", you can collect "Death Medals" based on the way he died. Depending on the number of the medals you collect, special movies called "DeathTube" will become available. Try and collect them all!

Coming from the same creator of Danganronpa, Death Come True is a marvelous FMV with a very interesting and genius gameplay. You play as a person who woke up in a hotel room with no memories of what brought him to this place. He'll meet people who'll tell him what is his identity, or what they thought he is. I'm not going to give away much about the story because it'll be more fun for you to discover it yourself.

It has multiple endings, and the most interesting part that if you die, the game will restart but the main character will still have a memory of whatever event happened and the people he met. This will give you a chance to take different choices and decisions.

The main character did an amazing job, you could see the character development very well done, the rest of the characters are good. If you are an anime fan, you'll notice that those actors are very well known, for example, 'Yuki Kaji' is the voice actor of Eren Jaeger from Attack on Titan as well as many others.

I enjoyed the music and visuals, the way to choose the actions and options is to rotate the camera to where you want the character to go, there will be a written option to choose but I liked the 360-degree view.

Pros:

Cons:
-Quite short, I wish it was longer.

I highly recommend this game to every FMV fan and to people who enjoy suspense and detective games. this FMV is a very well done one, I hope to see more of this genre from this developer.

This is more of a 2 hour length movie than a game where you pick several branching paths every few minutes, dying and rewinding back until you reach the true ending. However, expect nothing less than a truly stellar masterpiece from the creator of the "Danganronpa" series. Highly recommended just for the story, which is both thrilling and emotional.

Suspenseful, mysterious, and thoroughly enjoyable.
If you're looking for a lengthy story with hours of content, then this isn't for you. It's basically a glorified 'choose-your-own-adventure' movie with total playtime similar to one.
