Alpha Burger - Kill Aleksis using his meat grinder
Aleksis can be found in Updaam in the evening.
For this achievement you have to sneak in unnoticed and wait for him to stand on the stage to give his speech.
There is a button hidden above the stage that activates the trap door and meat grinder. Aleksis is always equipped with SMGs. Usually those SMGs are golden and you can easily spot him but sometimes they look quite normal.
Use detection mode to check details of every person in the room and look for someone with SMGs and "Cool Gun" in the detailed description.
