Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core - Official Teaser Trailer
Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is a spinoff of Deep Rock Galactic with a roguelite twist. It is a 1-4 player co-op roguelite FPS featuring 100% destructible environments and procedurally-generated caves.
The game takes place on the planet Hoxxes IV, where the mining company Deep Rock Galactic has discovered a new mineral called Expenite. However, all contact with the company's dig sites has been lost. Players must take on the role of a team of elite dwarven Reclaimers to bring the lost dig sites back online and unravel the mystery of the Greyout, a mysterious barrier that has surrounded the dig sites.
Rogue Core features a number of new gameplay elements, including:
Roguelite gameplay: Players start each mission with basic gear and must build up their powers and abilities as they progress. If they die, they lose all of their progress and must start over from the beginning.
New Phase Suits and Reclaimer Weapons: Rogue Core features a new set of Phase Suits and Reclaimer Weapons, each with its own unique abilities.
New enemies and hazards: Rogue Core features a number of new enemies and hazards to challenge players.
Procedurally-generated caves: The caves in Rogue Core are procedurally-generated, so each mission is different.
Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is scheduled to be released in early 2024 on Steam and Xbox Game Pass.
