You can either use Marechaussee Hunter and stack CRIT DMG or use Emblem set for Ultimate spam.
This is the build that I used to clear this challenge,
as always your talent level matter a lot, I had to level her talent to 6/9/9.
If you are using a 5 star Weapon then maybe 8/8 is fine.

Make sure to dodge, thunder bolts will apply electro on your character and getting hit by the enemy will trigger quicken that will
deal increased DMG, so make sure to dodge as much as possible.
As you can see I got hit and have Dendro aura on me, now getting hit by thunder bolt will
trigger quicken and deal increased DMG, we want to avoid that.

when it summons eggs try to stay close so that you can break
them while also hitting the bird,
if you stay away the eggs will be scattered and it will be hard
to break them, in that case just restart the challenge

make sure you always lend the last hit of her ultimate
it deals highest DMG,
(I am getting hit a lot xd I was frustrated and just charging in)
but it also makes you vulnerable for few seconds,
so keep that in mind and play wisely

This is also best time to use your ultimate
since the animation is long enough you don't to
worry about dodging
and you also instantly breaks all the eggs
