All in One Solution for Dell Alienware Command Center/PC’s

1. Uninstall Alienware Command Center along with all components as if OC controls etc. using Iobit Uninstaller.
2. Go to C:\Program Files and delete Alienware folder.
3. Press Window + R, type “% programdata%”, and delete Alienware folder.
4. Press Window+R and type, “temp “and delete all the files.
5. Press Window+R and type “%temp% “and delete all the files.
6. Press Window + R, type “Prefetch“, and delete all the files.
Go to “C:\Users\Public\Documents’’ and delete Alienware data.
7. Type regedit.

 Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alienware.
Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, delete the ones present.)
 AlienFXMediaPlugin
 Alienware AlienFX
 CCPlugins
 Command Center

 Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Alienware.
Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, delete the ones present.)
• AlienFXMediaPlugin
• Alienware AlienFX
• Command Center

8. Restart your PC.
9. Press Window + R, type “% programdata%”, and delete A-Volute folder, which cannot be deleted without Step 7.
10. Update your BIOS to the latest version and check by entering ‘’wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion’’ in Command Prompt.


11. Download the latest version of Following Applications.
• Alienware Command Center
• Alienware OC Controls
• Alienware Digital Delivery
• Intel Management Engine
• Realtek Hd Audio Driver
• Graphics Card Drivers

12. Install the above Applications.
13. Restart your PC



If you still get the same issue then do the following method.

A. Navigate to the Services tab and near the bottom of the window, click on Open Services
• Right-click on AWCCService, and in the menu, click on Properties.
• Open the drop-down of the Start-Up type and change it to Automatic
• Click on the Apply and OK button and then restart your system.

B. Remove / Disable 3rd Party Applications like MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner etc.
C. Uninstall the .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5.

D. Install the .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.5
