Test of the Dell Latitude E5420 webcamera. The laptop camera is tested by shooting itself on the mirror in not very good ambient light conditions. In order to achieve 30 FPS, the video is shoot in 640x480 video resolution. Used for recording is the Windows Movie Maker included in the Microsoft Windows XP installation, USB Microphone, HDMI to DVI Cable and external mouse. Tested is recording of close and mid range objects, motion blur and labels with different colors.
The size of the exported out of Windows Movie Maker video is 7,20 MB big wmv file.
