I am slightly over CP level for this clear. I just happen to have a spike this day that put me above the min required level to clear Bert. Also the curse setup isn't completely the same like I showed in the beginning however it shouldn't matter if you use something similar. The difference is minimal and I forgot to record my set up at the time of me defeating Bert so it is what it is. Hopefully this gives you an idea on what you need to clear Bert.
