In Demolish & Build Classic, a game based on Demolish & Build 2017, developed by Noble Muffins, the player runs a construction and destruction company. The destruction side of the gameplay allows you to destroy a variety of structures, from wooden huts up to huge office buildings. While the construction side of the game allows you to implement your own construction projects. The game also features a unique wrecking system.

The simulator offers access to an array of machinery (such as a crane, bulldozer, and road roller) and has a variety of assignments.
