I've decided to make a Demon's Souls mod that adds dynamic shadows to the whole game. I was so blown away by the results in the tutorial area and boletaria that I couldn't resist. It looks so good! Demon's Souls has aged so well. I plan to start with shadows and maybe it'll evolve into a full visual overhaul mod?
