Located in 2-2, the Stonefang Tunnels (after killing the armour spider). The most annoying thing he does is cast Fireball. Ignite, and Fire Spray aside, Fireball is a world of pain, but thankfully, his magic does run out, so if you can coax some Fireballs out of him, he will eventually switch to melee. You get Talisman of Beasts from him when he dies, which is both a talisman, and a catalyst, so it's good if you're using both magic, and miracles. Although he drops Ronin's Ring if you kill him as a blue phantom in PWWT, you can get that in 4-2 so there's no real reason to kill him then. I have no idea why it cuts off the second I kill him, but at least it waited until I actually killed him before it decided to twitch off lol.
