I found some hidden settings in the new.ai.behaivour.ini wich will give you Ai Traffic similar to the NO HESI servers. I made this settings especially for City Freeroam Traffic because with the standard settings cars would often spawn on roads you can't see. The Comparison was done with 23 Ai Cars, real NO HESI Servers usually load up to 50 cars, but that is only possible on a few maps due heavy cpu.
