Weathers been slightly cooler.
Snatch, also known as speedrun turning quads into jelly. Hit the PR 47.5 kg but it was tough so kept same weight with more attempts. Changed short because we dont want to tear up our boardshorts lol (I like shorts they're nice and cool to wear).
Was too overconfident/lazy/gassed going into cleans we completely forgot how to clean. Was pulling too narrow, couldnt turnover. Bit light on frontsquat volume but feeling pretty gassed.
Not sure if 4k@50fps is worth, dont think cam can do it well, plus even 200 meg bitrate isnt enough. Youtube see's its 4k but doesnt actually use it for some reason. Better for frame by frame ANALysis though.

OHP Max is probably barely 47.5 kg / 104.7 lbs (maybe higher now, tested brother in law and did 47.5 w/o warmup while fatigued pretty easy, unfatigued strict press doesnt really fit in our routine)
Peak BW (lifetime) was ~107.5 kg in july 2021. (Natural average was 85 kg prior to mirtazapine, less growing up, generic tall thin lanky nerd).
