PR is 127.5 kg / 281 lbs for TREE singles
Peak BW (lifetime) was ~107.5 kg in july 2021. (Natural average was 85 kg prior to mirtazapine, less growing up, generic tall thin lanky nerd).

Making note we can feel something on our left knee, but I dont think its seriously, probably just skin/fascia stretching. Consolidating MASS to stay safe. Went pretty hard on bodybuilding delt day so shoulders weren't up for the hack clean.
Feeling less crushed under 127.5 so core getting stronger. Feeling our biceps and shoulders, so still working muscles we've never used before. I think our adductors are still catching up as well, its where we get most doms.
