Developed and published by Altfuture, and currently in Early Access with the original release on 26th January 2019, "Derail Valley: Simulator" is a game where you drive trains around a large, open world map, completing jobs, maintaining your train, earning money, buying licenses and trying not to crash spectacularly.
While the game is quite deep complexity-wise, there's also a big focus on providing fun gameplay, being very hands on and allowing for huge mistakes such as derailment, train and environmental destruction. If you're willing to work off the fees that is.
