740A playthrough of the first level, "Lunar Outpost," from Descent, a shooter released in 1995 that easily joins the ranks of legendary 90s shooters like Doom and Duke Nukem 3D. In this case, I played the game using the excellent DXX-Rebirth OpenGL source port. Both Descent and its sequel, Descent 2, are available in one package on the GoodOldGames (GOG) website located at http://www.gog.com/ for a rather low price. If you love oldschool shooters, don't pass this one up!
