Destination Ares is a game about surviving in space. In a similar vane to Tharsis, mixed with a bit of FTL, this game challenges you to keep your crew alive as you head to Mars.

Playing as the AI of the ship itself, you have no direct control over the crew, instead you interact with them via an alert system, raising an alarm when an item needs repairing or using, for the crew to respond to... after they've finished their dinner and been to the bathroom.
