This took a while to test all mods and calculate in combat using my warlock which has some of the perks that are need for my hunter, etc. This build isnt the same as warlock tho. I promise this setup will out live any other, especially when you apply the exotic you choose to go with it. Nobody put as much work in as i did to claim best build. If you have this setup then only your playability will let you down. I paid attention to stats, cool downs, common and hard battle scenarios, etc.. Now go grind and become beast!
