Destiny 2 Datamining - Map Extraction WIP Update
358I made some progress on my D2 Maps projects, where I extract data from the Destiny 2 Game Files (the PKG files - not via memory dump) to generate the Maps in the same way they are ingame.
Compared to the last video there is a significant improvement. I also ported the map data to Unity so it can be run as a standalone "game" and the map can be explored freely in any way.
In the future, I'm planning to upload the unity game of the maps, as well as the unity project files itself - however, no ETA for that.
There is still a lot which can be improved, but I'm enjoying this project and will continue working on it.
