5This breaks shields/over-shields real good, especially barrier champions. But I wonder why Bungie couldn't give us more kinetic weapons like this with these perks combos, pick the Scout Rifle up at Shaxx's corner even though it's outdated but still enhanceable for stronger shield damage.
