The way my raid did it was split the groups 1-4-1. One person on each side of the totems to keep them from not firing on the raid. Have the remaining 4 hold the portal open. Have one person from the middle take the sword across the bridge when it is complete and they should kill the gate keeper with R2. Once half the raid is across the other side have them keep the bridge open for the other side while the middle person kites the gate lord in circles.

Phase 2: After the whole team is across the other side with all Gate Lords defeated the Raid needs to survive a hard wave of Wizards and Ogres once that is complete the raid is awarded with shards or raid gear.
