Seoul, South Korea, March 13th, 2024 — Nexon is thrilled to launch their pre-alpha test for Vindictus: Defying Fate today! Players can access the free public test of this combat-centric demo of their upcoming action RPG on Steam starting today, Wednesday, March 13, at 18:00 PDT, and be able to play until Monday, March 18 at 01:00 PDT.

This is the first chance for players to get hands-on with an early-in-development build of the game and provide feedback to Nexon. The development team encourages all players to provide feedback during the survey period that starts on March 13th at 20:00 PDT and ends on March 19th at 01:00 PDT, by using the survey link on Vindictus: Defying Fate’s official Discord server or Steam page to share their thoughts on what they enjoyed and what they would like to see added or changed as development continues.

Fans of the 2010 MMO Vindictus will fondly remember Lann and Fiona, two of the beloved characters returning for a new gameplay experience. Fiona is a versatile fighter armed with a longsword and shield as her weapons of choice, ideal for players who prefer a more defensive playstyle, while Lann is a dual sword-wielding battler whose lightning-fast reflexes allow him to dodge attacks while swiftly retaliating back at his opponent. Players can play through the build with their choice of Fiona or Lann, exploring regions based on early-world concepts, as well as trying out various emotes and outfits.
