Part 17 of 48, of a walkthrough for "Detective Pikachu". In this part, Tim and Detective Pikachu hear the results of Inspector Holliday's interrogation. The culprit was PCL was merely following orders. The real culprit is still out there, and we don't know what their plans for R are. We do know they're the same person who attacked Harry.

Tim decides to go to Cappucci Island to meet Dr. Waals, who first discovered R. Amanda takes Tim and Pikachu over, on a wild speedboat ride. They also learn about the upcoming Pokemon carnival.
