Developing the Downtown Core - SB Plays Cities Skylines ep25
0After a very long time, we finally get started building our Downtown/City Core. We lay out a basic grid taking into account the expected traffic patterns. We zone COmmercial and Offices along the central corridor, with residential on side streets.
We also add parks and recreation to our existing zoning to boost leisure city-wide, which helps to improve things overall.
To improve Fire Hazard Safety, we put down a couple Fire Stations, but overspend.
We discover at the end of the episode, that our downtown Core is not connected to the main transportation network.
