After Nero and Dante's battle, the chapel is in ruins! Credo, captain of the holy knights and Kyrie's brother, requests that the red queen sword be given to Nero. As Nero unlocks the red queen from its hatches Kyrie finds Nero's gift necklace to her, at the same time Credo and Nero go over Nero's mission objectives. As Credo walks out to return to headquarters to report the unforetune event of Sanctus's death, the chapel shakes. Nero, Credo, and Kyrie check it out; they come to find a horde of demons attacking the city. Nero volunteers to clear the area so the residents can evacuate.
