1As so often happens when the guide explicitly tells us not to go somewhere or do something we elect to ignore it at the first opportunity. Also as so often happens we are immediately punished as our hubris gets the better of us. Unfortunately even bending to the apparent will of the game and resorting to items and Devil's Arms doesn't help, so I guess we'll just have to come back for this guy later.
